OxSeek
Data Deletion
Updated Oct 5, 2026
You can delete OxMail data stored on your device yourself, and you can ask us to delete download records stored on this website. Disconnecting OxMail does not delete mail on the mailbox provider's servers.
1. Delete data on this computer
Remove the mailbox account in OxMail, then uninstall OxMail. That deletes OAuth tokens, authorization codes, app-specific passwords, and the local mail cache on that device.
If you have used the same account on other computers, remove it there as well.
2. Revoke access at the provider
- Google: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Microsoft personal accounts: https://account.live.com/consent/Manage
- Microsoft work or school accounts: https://myapplications.microsoft.com
- Yahoo: https://login.yahoo.com/myaccount/security
- Other providers: remove OxMail from that account's security or connected-apps page, or revoke the authorization code you issued
After revocation, OxMail can no longer access the mailbox on your behalf. Your mail remains at Gmail, Outlook, or the other service unless you delete it there yourself.
3. Ask us to delete website data
This website may store the email address you entered when downloading, along with the product, version, operating system, and time. Those records do not include message contents read from Google, Microsoft, or any other mailbox.
Email the support email published on this site from your own address with the subject "Delete my data" and the address you want removed. After we verify the request, we will delete download records associated with that address and reply to you.
If a request concerns Google user data, we handle it under the Google API Services User Data Policy and do not keep message contents received from Google APIs. Message contents from Microsoft Graph and other OAuth providers are not stored on this website either.
