OxSeek
Terms of Service
Updated Oct 5, 2026
By using the OxSeek website or the OxMail desktop client, you agree to these terms. If you use them for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to bind that organization.
1. The service
We provide product information, software downloads, update checks, and the OxMail mail client. Mailbox services such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and iCloud are operated by those providers, not by us. When you connect a mailbox, you must also follow the terms of Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Apple, Zoho, and any other provider you use.
2. Your authorization
Add only mailboxes you are allowed to access. After you authorize OxMail with OAuth, an app-specific password, or an authorization code, you may revoke that access at the provider and remove the account in OxMail at any time.
You may not use OxMail or this website to send spam, access someone else's mailbox without permission, disrupt the service, or break applicable law.
3. Optional AI features
AI features are optional and their output may be wrong. Check it yourself before you rely on it to send mail or make a decision.
4. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use OxMail on devices you control. Text, marks, and software on this website are protected by law. You may not copy the site to operate a competing product, or reverse engineer the client where the law does not allow it.
5. Email collected at download
If you enter an email address when downloading, it must be an address you use. The privacy policy explains how that address is handled.
6. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the website and OxMail are provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for mailbox providers, a model service you configure, or network failures.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or lost profits. This does not affect rights that cannot be waived, including liability that cannot be limited in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8. Stopping use
You may stop using OxMail and uninstall it at any time. Revoking mailbox access does not delete mail stored at the provider. If you break these terms, we may limit your use of downloads or updates on this website.
9. Changes
Updated terms are posted on this page. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, the parties will first try to resolve it by discussion. If that fails, it will be submitted to a people's court that has jurisdiction.
