Revoke mailbox access
Revoking access, or removing an account in OxMail, does not delete mail that remains at your mailbox provider.
- Google: open https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove OxMail
- Microsoft personal accounts: https://account.live.com/consent/Manage
- Microsoft work or school accounts: https://myapplications.microsoft.com
- Yahoo, including AOL: remove app access in Yahoo account security, https://login.yahoo.com/myaccount/security
- Zoho: remove the app under connected apps at https://accounts.zoho.com
- Apple iCloud: manage app-specific passwords at https://appleid.apple.com
- Mailboxes that use an authorization code (such as QQ or 163): revoke the code in the provider's web settings, then delete the account in OxMail
Removing the account in OxMail also clears tokens and the local cache on that computer.
